Card Making Tips for 2023
Hello paper crafting friends! Today I have some card making tips for 2023! Some of these tips may seem just basic, but believe me sometimes we forget to do these things!
- Start with a blank card or cardstock paper in the size and shape you prefer.
- Decide on a theme or color scheme for your card. This can be based on the occasion, the recipient, or your personal style.
- Choose embellishments and decorations that fit your theme or color scheme. These can include stickers, stamps, die cuts, ribbon, sequins, and more.
- Use a good-quality adhesive to secure your decorations in place.
- Use a variety of papers, textures, and patterns to add interest and depth to your card.
- Consider using a sentiment or message that is appropriate for the occasion and the recipient. You can handwrite or use a die cut or stamp to add your message.
- Don’t be afraid to experiment and try new techniques and ideas. Card making is a creative process, and it’s okay to make mistakes and learn from them.
