Halloween Card Making Ideas
These Halloween Card Making Ideas were created using paper cutting dies from Spellbinders, Sizzix and Others.
I made all my Halloween cards from scratch using white textured card stock (I prefer the textured card stock because it gives my cards a more upscale look and feel). These handmade cards are A2 size, meaning they measure 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. This is pretty much your standard card size.
To cut your card size, you cut your card stock to 5 1/2 by 8 1/2 then fold them right down the middle. Yes! It’s that easy! Next you will trim the paper that goes on top of your card 1/8th of an inch down from your standard A2 card size measurement.
The die-set that I used for my green Halloween Cards are the Spellbinders Spooky Halloween Die Set of the Month. (Click here if you want to receive 15% Off your 1st Month of Spellbinders Clubs)
This next set of Halloween Spooky Spider Cards were made using the Sizzix Original Die Phrase – Spooky. For this one I used the black glitter paper on embossed orange Halloween card stock, added a couple of sequin for the glam effect and done!
This beautiful witch, frame and the Dia de los Muertos paper-cutting-dies came from Aliexpress.
I hope that you’ve enjoyed these Halloween card making ideas and find them helpful in your own Halloween DIY projects.
