RETURN POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Refunds and Cancellations are not accepted on our digital products. We provide product descriptions, pictures and or videos for you to view the quality of our digital products.

RETURN POLICY FOR OUR HANDMADE GIFTS, CARDS, PENS

Our handmade products are personally made by me. They’re an outlet for self expression and mental health. By viewing my videos on social media (i.e. YouTube), you will see that I use high quality adhesives, card stock, die-sets, etc. I’m very detailed in my work and I never mass-produce my handmade craft projects. It is for this reason that I do not accept returns or offer refunds for my personally handmade products.

Care is taken in the packaging of every order. If the postal service causes a damage to your order, please take it up with your local post office. If you want to insure your order, you’re more than welcome to. Just send me a note so that I can email you, your insured shipping amount.

If you have an issue with the product itself, you may contact me and I will do my best to make it right.

RETURN POLICY FOR OUR IN-HOUSE DESIGNED PAPER PACKS

We do not send our designs to be produced elsewhere. Each paper pack order is printed, cut, packaged and inspected by us. We also take the utmost care and pride in carefully packaging our products; and because you get to view each paper collection through our videos and or pictures for quality and quantity, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON EVERYTHING ELSE – 14 DAYS

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.

RETURN FEES AND OTHER INFO

  1. Returns may be done by mail only
  2. The return label is customer’s responsibility (contact us for address information)
  3. There is a re-stocking fee of 5% of the product price
  4. Refund processing time could take up to 30 days. We issue a refund as soon as product has been received and inspected. The rest is up to your bank.
